As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning an infrastructure enhancement in our NY and HK data centers on Oct 16th – 17th, 2020. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

Start date and time: 2020-10-16 19:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-10-17 23:00 EDT

The impact of this change will be limited to your live, backup and demo systems hosted in these data centers. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service may be unavailable sporadically during this time frame. 
 
No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
