NOTIFICATIONS

Regarding the Broadcom (AVGO) acquisition of VMware (VMW). The acquisition is scheduled to conclude on October 30, 2023. VMware will also be providing regular updates on its progress with various regulatory agencies and the trading of VMware (VMW) will be suspended on October 30th, 2023.

In the meantime, all positions of VMware INC-Class A (VMW) on Vantage’s platforms will be set to close-only on 27 October 2023 until further notice.
