Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

NOTIFICATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning an infrastructure enhancement in our NY4, BDC and HK1 data centers from March 13th-15th, 2020.  This will affect our AU1, AU2, MXT servers.
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

NY4 

Start date and time: 2020-03-13 19:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-03-15 05:00 EDT

BDC and HK1

Start date and time: 2020-03-14 01:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-03-14 03:00 EDT

Please note that this may temporarily impact your trading platform and/or client portal functionality during this time.

The impact of this change will be limited to your systems and/or backup systems hosted in our NY4, BDC and HK1 data centers. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service may be unavailable during this time frame. 

No action is required.
