Stock closing for Livent Corporate (LTHM) on 22 December 2023

NOTIFICATIONS

Please be informed that Livent Corporate (LTHM) and Allkem Ltd. have obtained all requisite shareholder approvals necessary to complete the merger of equals transaction previously. The two companies expect to close the merger on 4 January 2024, and begin operating under the name Arcadium Lithium PLC.

In the meantime, all positions of Livent Corp (LTHM) on Vantage’s platforms will be set to close-only on 22 December 2023 until further notice.
