This will take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: 23 November 2022

Due to this corporate action event, only the closing of current Zendesk Inc (ZEN) positions will be made available.

What happened to Zendesk Inc (ZEN)?

Zendesk, Inc. today announced the completion of its acquisition by an investor group led by Hellman & Friedman and Permira in an all-cash transaction that values the company at approximately $10.2 billion. The acquisition was previously announced on 24 June 2022 and approved by Zendesk stockholders at the Special Meeting of Stockholders held on 19 September 2022.
