Delisting of Meggitt PLC (MGGT) on 14 September 2022

NOTIFICATIONS

Please be advised that due to the acquisition by Parker Hannifin Corporation, Meggitt PLC (MGGT) will be delisted.

This will take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: 2 September 2022

Due to this corporate action event, only the closing of current Meggitt PLC (MGGT) positions will be made available.

What happened to Meggitt PLC?

Meggitt PLC and Parker-Hannifin Corporation (`Parker`), have confirmed on 26 August that all of the Conditions to the Acquisition relating to antitrust and foreign investment approvals have been satisfied. The suspension of dealings in MGGT shares would be on 13 September 2022 and the cancellation of MGGT shares would be on 14 September.
