NOTIFICATIONS

Please be advised that due to a merger with MKS Instruments, Atotech (ATC) will be delisted.

This will take place as per the following schedule:

  • Ex-Date: 16 August 2022

Due to this corporate action event, only the closing of current Atotech (ATC) positions will be made available.

What happened to Atotech?

Atotech Limited announced that they have received an unconditional merger approval from China’s State Administration for Market Regulation for MKS’s pending acquisition of Atotech. The acquisition is anticipated to close on 17 August 2022. Ordinary shares of Atotech will be de-listed from The New York Stock Exchange and the closing and last day of trading of ATC shares is expected to be on 16 August 2022.
