Contract Size Adjustment for Selected Products

NOTIFICATIONS

Please be advised of the following changes to the products below, effective from 24 September 2022.

Adjustment to contract size

Do you need to do anything?

We would like to ask that you adjust your existing open positions to reflect the new contract size requirements.

What happens on 24 September 2022?

Any existing odd-sized positions (which are less than 0.1 lot) will be closed or rounded down to the nearest valid volume at the closing price on 23 September 2022.

Client A: Client A holds 0.05 lots of BCHUSD/ALGUSD/XRPUSD/ADAUSD/LTCUSD, which is smaller than the minimum volume requirement of 0.1 lot. Therefore, Client A will have to close the position by 24 September 2022. Otherwise, Vantage will close Client A’s position at the closing price on EOD of 23 September 2022.

Client B: Client B holds 3.28 lots of BCHUSD/ALGUSD/XRPUSD/ADAUSD/LTCUSD. Client B will have to partially close the 0.08 lots of BCHUSD/ALGUSD/XRPUSD/ADAUSD/LTCUSD held by 24 September 2022. Otherwise, Vantage will partially close Client B’s position at the closing price on EOD of 23 September 2022 and round the size down to 0.32 lot.

Client C: Client C holds 20 lots of BCHUSD/ALGUSD/XRPUSD/ADAUSD/LTCUSD. Client C does not need to close or adjust the position before 24 September 2022.
