Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

NOTIFICATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning a maintenance in our BDC, NY, TY and HK data centers during Jun 18th – Jun 19th, 2021. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

1) BDC:

Start date and time: 2021-06-18 22:00 EDT

End date and time: 2021-06-18 23:00 EDT

2) NY, TY, HK

Start date and time: 2021-06-19 07:00 EDT

End date and time: 2021-06-19 11:00 EDT

The impact of this change will be limited to your systems and/or backup systems hosted in the data centers listed above. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service and ARMS may be unavailable sporadically during this time frame.  No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance. 

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
