Important changes to account archiving

NOTIFICATIONS

We would like to inform you that starting from August 30th 2020 Vantage will proceed with compressing and archiving the data of all the inactive trading accounts that have a balance less than 10 units and are not active for a period of last three (3) months.

If your trading account has a balance less than 10 units and has been inactive, it is highly recommended that you either transfer the funds to an actively used trading account under your name or fund your inactive trading account to maintain a balance higher than 10 units, in the event you do not want your account to be archived.

Once your trading account is archived, please rest assured that all the historical data of your account, including any remaining funds (less than 10 units), will remain saved in our databases and client segregated trust accounts safely. However, should you like to withdraw or transfer the funds at a later stage, you will be able to do so only by submitting a request to our support team.
