Trading Time Zones
Trading time zones refer to the hours during which financial markets around the world are open for trading. Since the global financial markets operate in different time zones, each market has its own trading sessions. Beginning with the Sydney Session, followed by the Tokyo Session, the London Session and ending with the New York Session.
Some markets are subject to public holidays and daylight savings, so it is recommended that traders be mindful of these changes throughout the year.
