As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning an infrastructure enhancement in our NY4, LD4 and HK data centers on Oct 10th, 2020. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below.

NY

Start date and time: 2020-10-10 08:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-10-10 20:00 EDT

LD & HK

Start date and time: 2020-10-10 01:00 EDT
End date and time: 2020-10-10 03:00 EDT

The impact of this change will be limited to your live, backup and demo systems hosted in these data centers. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service may be unavailable sporadically during this time frame. 
 
No action is required by our customers. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
