To get your live account up and running quickly, it’s important that you submit the correct proof of address documentation so you can start trading as soon as possible. To find out more about your documentation requirements, watch the short how-to video.

Simply upload your Proof of Address documentation via your Client Portal, or alternatively you may send it to [email protected]

How to Upload Your Address Verification?

    Click here to log in to your Client Portal using the email and password used to register your account.

    Select

    If you haven't already had your documentation verified, you will be prompted to complete your application. Simply click 'Complete Application'.

    Upload

    Select your Proof of Address document and click 'Upload'.
