Upcoming Scheduled Maintenance

NOTIFICATIONS

As part of our commitment to providing the best reliability and service to our customers, we are planning a maintenance in our LD and BDC data centers during Jul 10th, 2021. 
 
As a result, we will be conducting maintenance according to the schedule below. 

1) BDC:

Start date and time: 2021-07-10 07:00 EDT

End date and time: 2021-07-10 11:00 EDT

2) LD:

Start date and time: 2021-07-10 09:00 EDT

End date and time: 2021-07-10 13:00 EDT

For the first maintenance, the impact of this change will be limited to your systems and/or backup systems hosted in BDC. Access to your MT4/MT5 server service and/or oneZero Hub service and ARMS may be unavailable sporadically during this time frame. 

For the second maintenance, the impact of the task will be limited to one of your MT4 Data center server services or MT5 Access Server services hosted in LD. We expect minimal network disruption to the end MT4/MT5 users during this period. Some end users might be re-routed automatically to another DC/AS momentarily. 

 
No action is required by you. Your services will come back online at the end of the maintenance.
