The net income growth refers to the increase or decrease of a company’s net income over a given period of time. It is used as an indicator for a company’s financial health and performance, showing how effective the company is at generating profit and managing expenses. The formula to calculate the net income growth is:

(Net Income in Current Period – Net Income in Previous Period)/Net Income in Previous Period x 100
